1-Blessmyhair.com is an authorized distributor of Metropolis products.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, it takes 1-2 weeks to receive your order. Some items are shipped earlier. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory Holiday's.


3-Can I exchange an item after receiving it?
Yes, we will be accept the exchange as long as the product has not been used or damaged.

4. Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we currently accept credit card payments, simply 'add to cart' any item and pay with your credit card.

5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA)?
Yes. We currently ship to many international locations. You can find out more in our Shipping section .

6. What does USD stand for?
USD is an abbreviation for United States Dollar, therefore all of our prices are in US dollars.
