Shipping & Returns

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Blessmyhair.com will not be responsible for returned
orders due in part by customer negligence.

Order Tracking Upon receipt of your payment, your order will begin processing the next business day.
Your order status can be retrieved from Tracking numbers, and other order information will be displayed at the tracking page. Customers are responsible in checking their order status.

US Shipping and Fees

The Freight charge for Credit Cards is $7.95

All items are shipped via FEDEX. All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 2-3 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped, it will take 4-6 days thereafter to get the shipped merchandise. In total, it will take 1-2 weeks to get your merchandise.

Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as payment is received. Paypal payments will be processed immediately as longs as account is active and is a verified customer.
For domestic customers, other shipping methods, including United States Postal Service, are available upon request.

International Shipping Prices

With current shipping and fuel surcharge fluctuations, that the shipping charges quoted on the website may vary slightly from the actual charges. If the shipping charges for your order differ from those quoted by the web site, we will contact you via email with the actual charges, before processing your order.

International Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside of the United States, additional charges for duties and taxes, levied by your government, may due when you receive your shipment. These duties and taxes are collected by DHL upon delivery. We have no knowledge of nor control over the amount that you will be required to pay since it varies from country to country.

Returns for exchanges

Unless the return is a result of a defective or miss-shipped item, you are responsible for the shipping charges that result from delivering the product back to you; you are also responsible for the delivery charges resulting from sending the package back to us. All fees specified above, except for the restocking fee, will be charged to the credit card used for original order.
